Preformed Guy Grip, also known as preformed dead end tension fitting

, belongs to the series of preformed line hardware. It is assembled by pre-twisted galvanized steel wires and matched metal connecting fittings.
The spiral preformed wires are manufactured by fixed mould twisting, which can fit closely with the outer surface of ACSR cable or stay wire after winding installation. The uniform wrapping structure disperses tension evenly without causing concentrated stress damage to the conductor. All metal parts adopt hot-dip galvanizing treatment to gain stable anti-corrosion performance for long-term outdoor overhead distribution lines.
This fitting bears the full tension of overhead conductors or stay wires, transferring loads to poles and towers through the matched anchor hardware.
