AAC All Aluminium Stranded Conductor Cross Section Structure

AAC (All Aluminium Stranded Conductor) is manufactured by concentric stranding of multiple high-purity aluminium wires, featuring a full-aluminium structure with no steel core inside. Adopting precise twisting craftsmanship, the conductor owns a neat and compact structure with smooth outer surface, outstanding oxidation resistance and superior electrical conductivity, which effectively minimizes power loss during power transmission.
Benefiting from its lightweight feature, it largely reduces the bearing load of transmission poles and towers, helping clients cut down overall line construction expenses. We provide a full range of specifications to meet various current-carrying capacity requirements. The conductor performs well against atmospheric corrosion, guaranteeing reliable long-term outdoor service with simple installation. It serves as an economical bare overhead wire, perfectly suited for low-voltage distribution networks, suburban overhead transmission lines and industrial plant power supply projects.(ILAC-MRA Test Report Available)
